Valorant is deliberately light — if you already sit at your refresh cap, more FPS isn't the point. Steadier frame times and lower input latency are. Valorant is built to run on office laptops, so raw FPS is rarely the problem — frame-time consistency and latency are. Most players who "have low FPS" are actually seeing stutters from background load or a CPU parking cores, not a GPU that can't keep up. Turn on the in-game FPS and latency stats (Settings → Stats), then change one thing at a time. The point is consistency and latency.
